CUSTOM PRINTS

All prints are custom-made to order, so unfortunately, they are non-refundable and non-exchangeable.
If your print or frame has been damaged in transit, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order by emailing alejandra.sieder@gmail.com or visiting the Contact page.

We’ll request clear photos of the damage, and if your claim qualifies for a replacement, we’ll send you a return shipping label so the item can be sent back in its original box or tube.

ORIGINAL ARTWORKS

Original artworks are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged for change of mind.
If your artwork or its frame has been damaged in transit, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at alejandra.sieder@gmail.com, including photos of the issue.
If approved, we’ll provide a return label and arrange a replacement or repair once the artwork is returned in its original packaging.

All artworks and prints are professionally packaged and shipped worldwide.
Shipping within Australia is complimentary, and international shipping is available at an additional cost, quoted at checkout or upon request.
