Shipping policy

Please allow 2 weeks for your custom-made print to be shipped. You will receive a tracking number from our shipping agent within this time frame.  

If your print is being framed, please allow 4 weeks, as all prints and frames are custom-made with love. You will receive a tracking number from our shipping agent within this timeframe. Framed works are wrapped by professional art couriers in bubble wrap and cardboard to ensure their safe arrival.

We understand that it is very tempting, but please resist the urge to open your print immediately. Ensure that the print packaging is only opened by a professional framer, as the prints are delicate and may be damaged by mishandling. Framing advice and care instructions will be shipped together with your print.
